How to log in, get to know a price or make an order?
After agreeing to our terms and conditions, a quote can be requested per whatsapp message by sending a product photo. After which you can order via the same whatsapp service if desired.
Are the products original?
Forvipz is a shopper service without involvement with trademark holders and with its own delivery conditions & warranty conditions that every customer must agree to further use our services. So no trademark holder warranty applies, only Forvipz warranties!

In order to comply with legal provisions, but also quality standards, Forvipz does not sell goods that Forvipz can objectively determine to be not original. To guarantee reliable purchases and customer satisfaction, purchasing with purchase insurance is offered and exchanges & returns are accepted.

What is the delivery time and are there any risks of customs clearance, extra costs or customs problems?
Forvipz guarantees that all products will be delivered tax-free from the Netherlands within the whole European Union. This without the risk of customs clearance, extra costs or other problems.
The delivery time for items from Dutch storage or section stock NL is 2 working days estimated for the entire Benelux. Other has a delivery time of 8/14 days. This is roughly estimated depending on the conditions of processing and transport.
I want to personally view and fit the product and buy it if it is good?
Products displayed on the website department stock NL can be picked up daily by appointment, however unfortunately Forvipz does not have a shop or fitting room.
By default, every order will be proccesed after ordering and photographed & measured beforehand. The control photos are sent to the customer. The customer carries out final size & product checks and only dispatches after confirmation. In this way, the correct product as a size is guaranteed and the chances of return are limited.
Can I order a product that is not in Dutch storage and only pay when it is picked up?
Products to order can also be picked up, but a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to give preference to fake orders. This is possible according to the insured payment options: paypal - credit cards - IDEAL crossing service.
Note: Returns are accepted for online purchases, but exchanges are only possible when you pick them up.
If, after ordering, no down payment or collection and payment is made as agreed. Or if the mutual agreement is not fulfilled, Forvipz will experience this as non-payment and Forvipz reserves the right to terminate the service without notice of default or refund.
Sincerity is offered but also expected.
How does Forvipz insure customers against being scammed and receiving an incorrect product?
Forvipz offers insured payment options with purchase protection. This is all inclusive pay and product guarantees. For information click on the Paypal, Credit card from IDEAL icon at the bottom of this website and read the information.

There is an new or specific brand - model which I dont see on this website, can you deliver?
We supply dozens of brands and a too wide and varied model range to display all online. Delivery on request or reservation is always possible, send a photo of the desired product to whatsapp customer service and we will be happy to inform you.
