GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. 1 Forvipz is a shopping service without involvement with brand owners and with its own delivery conditions & warranty conditions. So there is no warranty from trademark holders, only the guarantees from Forvipz!
To comply with legal provisions but also quality standards, Forvipz does not sell goods that Forvipz can determine are not original. To guarantee satisfaction, good money back through purchase insurance applies.
Forvipz guarantees delivery within the European Union without customs problems, tax free from the Netherlands with track & trace.
1.2 Forvipz guarantees that product details and color do not differ from products from stores of brand owners. Nevertheless, Forvipz cannot guarantee that the colors of the items are exactly the same as the colors shown on the customer's computer screen. This may be due to the display settings on the customer's computer, lighting, perception, etc. Money back guarantee according to general conditions policy.
1.3 These general conditions (hereinafter referred to as: Conditions) govern all contracts, deliveries and other services that have been agreed between the customer and Forvipz.
1.4 By placing an order, the customer agrees to agree to and be bound by; these described general terms and conditions.
1.5 Forvipz reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make changes to any part of the website. Forvipz can change these conditions from its policy for updating and improving the website.
2. Enter into a contract
2.1 A contract is only concluded when the payment has been successfully completed. Forvipz has the right to refuse a delivery or to subject it to special conditions, without giving reasons. If Forvipz is unable to clearly determine the permanent or temporary address of the customer, an order cannot be accepted. Forvipz confirms the customer's order by message.
2.2 Order processing that has been technically or otherwise interrupted for any reason before payment instructions have been completed is incomplete even when the customer has received an order confirmation. In principle, such an order is therefore not delivered. However, Forvipz will endeavor to contact the customer to complete payment instructions so that delivery can take place.
2.3 Only persons aged 18 and older can place an order.
3. Prices and costs
3.1 The contract price is the current price at the time an order is placed. Prices of articles are exclusive of 21% VAT whereby Forvipz will deliver tax-free from the Netherlands as a service. The customer is expected to independently declare VAT if desired.
3.2 The prices are exclusive of delivery and administration costs.
3.3 Forvipz is not bound by the conditions of its quotation if there is a printing, typesetting or programming error on the website.
4. Payment options
4.1 Fovipz accept the following payments
Cash, IDEAL crossover service. Paypal, Credit card & bank transfer
4.2 What does settling with guarantees mean
Your purchase is 100% insured when paying with IDEAL crossover service, Paypal or credit card purchase protection.
4.3 Where to pay
Pay by cash or by direct bank transfer.
When ordering, the desired payment method is discussed and the customer can pay in his own trusted environment with IDEAL crossover service, Paypal, credit card or by bank transfer.
5. Delivery time & tracking option
5.1 Delivery time
The delivery time is 5 to 12 days by express. The customer only has to sign on receipt.
5.2 Delivery costs
Individuals above 500EU are supplied free of charge. For all other orders up to 5KG, 15 EU applies to shipping and delivery costs.
5.3 Tracking Option
A few days before delivery, each customer receives a tracking link with which the order can be tracked via a clear tracking schedule.
5.4 Not at home?
If you are looking for delivery, you can use the tracking schedule to schedule a different delivery date or request delivery at a postal point.
Please note that you must identify yourself when collecting a package and that the legitimate person must be the same person as the person on the invoice / shipping label.
6. Execution of orders
6.1 Forvipz will process the orders of articles with the utmost care.
6.2 Items are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
6.3 Forvipz will send valid orders as soon as possible in the order in which they were received.
6.4 The delivery term stated is only approximate, and there is no right to compensation if the actual delivery takes longer.
7. Product warranty & complaints
7.1 Product warranty means that the product received undamaged and can be used for at least one year for which it is intended. This is subject to careful use and maintenance standards for which the customer is held liable.
7.2 Obviously, our goal is to make every order run as smoothly as possible. We do everything we can to keep our customers happy. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with something, you can file a complaint with customer service. Please be motivated in writing via whatsapp.
7.3 With a complaint, we always look at the legal guarantee that applies to the complaint you have submitted. This means that the article must do what you can reasonably expect from the article. In addition, you are only entitled to a guarantee if you have a well-founded complaint. A complaint will not be processed if it is caused by:
- Damage by intent or negligence
- Improper use or negligent maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to not or incorrectly observing the instructions for use or washing instructions
7.4 After you have submitted a complaint to us, we will assess it together with the manufacturer. If your complaint is well-founded, we will replace the product within the warranty period.
7.5 Cancellation of service & guarantees
All service & guarantees will lapse if a complaint or expression of dissatisfaction is submitted to other parties BEFORE the complaint Forvipz has been clearly stated in writing and thus the possibility has been deprived of resolving a complaint. So if you are dissatisfied, the customer is expected to immediately notify Forvipz in writing and give two weeks to provide a solution.
8. Right to return items
8.1 The customer has the right to send an article back to us within fourteen (14) days after delivery without stating reasons. This means that the purchase of that article is canceled and the customer has paid the amount that he paid for the recover items.
8.2 We point out to the customer that return right does not apply if at the request of the customer the lowest price is delivered or if a product is specially made at the request of and for the customer, for example tags with initials or other personal requests. Shipping costs for the returned items are at buyer's expense.
8.3 The customer can also return or exchange an item. It is not possible to receive cash compensation for items that are returned. After receiving and checking the items, the amount to be reimbursed will be refunded to the customer's account within 14 days.
8.4 Items that are returned to Forvipz after the aforementioned 14-day period will not be reimbursed.
8.5 Items must be returned with all labels (please note that the Return label must not be removed).
8.6 Items returned must be in the state in which they are generally accepted for approval of items for normal use, such as fitting items in traditional stores. If a customer wishes to exercise a right to return an item, the item must be Returned with everything originally accepted with the item, in its original condition and packaging.
8.7 Forvipz has the right to refuse a returned item or to return it to the customer if the item appears to be used, does not bear the original labels, or shows damage caused by the customer, or if the customer has not held to the instructions for returning the item, as given by Forvipz.
8.8 The right of return for money will lapse for every product that has been purchased for the trade price or the lowest price and every product that is collected. If desired, only exchange is possible. All guarantees and 100% money back offered if the consumer recommended price is paid.
9. Incorrect delivery
If Forvipz delivers an item that does not correspond to the item that has been ordered, or if the item is damaged from defects, the customer must notify Forvipz as soon as possible by WhatsApp customer service. Forvipz will be able to exchange the product or refund the purchase price.
10. Force majeure
10.1 Forvipz is not responsible to the customer and does not breach a contract due to a delay in the performance of default in the fulfillment of one of its obligations with regard to articles arising from a cause beyond the reasonable control of Forvipz.
10.2 If Forvipz is unable to perform its obligations under the contract due to a cause beyond its minimum control, Forvipz will notify the customer in writing of this fact as soon as practicable after it has been discovered .
10.3 If the inability to fulfill obligations under the contract due to a cause beyond the reasonable control of Forvipz persists two months after the customer receives a message, the customer of Forvipz may terminate the contract in writing without being liable to the other.
11.1 By placing an order, the customer grants Forvipz the right to use his personal data where necessary. This data is only retained to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is obtained and processed by Forvipz, that is, the performance of the contract, for marketing purposes and for maintaining contact with the customer.
