Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
Which personal data do we collect and when?
We ask you to share certain personal data in order to provide you with the products and services you request from us. This is the case, for example, when you make purchases, contact our customer service, wish to receive messages, create an account, or use our site.
Who do we process personal data from and how do we get it?
We process the personal data of anyone who has (had) direct or indirect contact with our SITE, such as customers.
We receive the data directly from you when you visit our SITE, create an account and enter certain data when you contact our customer service.
In some cases we receive your data from others. When someone sends a gift directly to you, we receive your name and address details. We can also obtain data from other parties, but only if you must have given permission to provide certain data to us.
Where are your data collected / stored?
Your data is stored in different databases. We always apply strict security measures. Data is almost always stored within the European Union. In the event that customer data is changed to countries outside the European Union, we ensure that your privacy is appropriately protected. This has been officially established for a number of countries. Some US parties have registered under the Privacy Shield that provides adequate protection.
Protection and management of your personal data
We use a variety of technical and organizational security measures, including encryption and verification tools, to protect your personal information.
Rights of you with regard to your data
You have the right to request: (i) access to your personal data; (ii) an electronic copy of your personal data (portability); (iii) correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect; or (iv) erasure or restriction of your personal data under certain circumstances as provided by applicable law. These are not absolute rights. When we have obtained your consent for the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the option on our website to view or change your own personal data independently, and you can delete your personal data that you have entered yourself on such a website via the options provided for that purpose.
Sharing your personal data
Your personal data is shared with:
- contact details, including name, email, telephone number, delivery and billing address;
- login and account details, including screen name, password and unique customer ID;
- personal data including gender, place of residence, date of birth and purchase history, including data such as IP address and customer number;
- payment or credit card details;
- images, photos and videos;
- personal preferences, including your wish list and marketing and cookie preferences

- Cookies, IP addresses, referring headers, data identifying your internet browser and version and web beacons and tags.
Third-party service providers that process personal data, for example for the processing of credit cards and payments, shipments and deliveries, hosting, management and maintenance of our data, distribution of emails, research and analysis, management and promotion of products and the provision of certain services and functions. When we use third party service providers, we enter into agreements in which are required to take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data,
Other third parties to the extent necessary to: i) comply with a government request, a court order under applicable law; (ii) prevent illegal use of our Site from inhalations under the terms of our Site and our policies; (iii) defend ourselves against third party claims.
Any other third party for which you have given permission.
We may also pass on personal data we hold about you in the event of the sale of a transfer of all or part of our business of assets (including in the event of a reorganization, division, dissolution or liquidation).

Please remember to clearly state your (full) name, address and place of residence with a request for access, change or deletion of data and include a copy of an identification document. This is so that we can determine with some certainty whether the data that you request, want to change or have removed, actually relate to you.
Not every request for change or removal will be honored. A request that relates to personal data that do not (only) relate to you will be refused. The Personal Data Protection Act also provides that you have the right to correct or have corrected factual errors. A request to adjust data that does not follow that the data was factually incorrect, or does not follow that the requested change makes the data factually correct, will therefore not be honored. We will also not fully honor every request for deletion of data. In some cases, we are obliged by law to keep certain data (tax legislation).
